Goals & Achievements


On December 21, 2019, my mom and I produced our first small batch of pikliz, starting the idea that would later on become The batch was mainly produced to share amongst friends who always ask her to bring samples from Haiti. I made a post on Instagram and people simply bought all of it.
On May 5, 2023, the domain was purchased and the website was designed and launched the same evening.
On June 5, 2023, exactly a month after its launch, the first order was processed and shipped to a friend turned forever pikliz fanatic.
On September 22, 2023, we became the sponsor of Les Couleurs Charité, a non-profit organization operating in Haiti, Mexico & Nepal, offering a 4-year comprehensive art, crafts, music, and dance program, aiming at fostering children’s creativity and cognitive skills.
On December 21, 2023, we launched our first batch of home made Kremas.


On January 29, 2024, Chez Kolo launches its first brand partnership with Haitian Chocolatier, Askanya. The goal of the partnership is to leverage both brands’ customer base to increase market share. To do so, customers of both brands will receive insider deals with their purchases via printed and digital coupons.
