This document is a legal agreement between you, the User, and the entity providing Get Pikliz. It governs your use of the online properties and, in any case, for the use of the services provided. “Legal agreement” means that the terms of this agreement are binding on the relationship between you and us once you have accepted the terms. For simplicity, “User”, “you”, “your” and similar terms, either in singular or plural form, refer to you, the User. “We”, “our”, “us” and similar terms refer to the corporation that owns and manages Get Pikliz as outlined in the present document. “Get Pikliz” refers to the current website and/or application. “Agreement” refers to this document, as amended from time to time. The Agreement is concluded in the English language. Other defined terms are set forth in the section named “Definitions” at the bottom of the Agreement.

Registration, content on Get Pikliz, and prohibited use of Get Pikliz

Registration

In order to use the Service or any part of it, Users must register in a truthful and complete manner by providing all the required data in the relevant registration form. The Users must also accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions in full. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

It is understood that the Owner shall not be held responsible under any circumstances in case of loss, disclosure, theft or unauthorized use by third parties, for whatever reason, of the User’s access credential.

Deleting User accounts and account termination

Registered Users can cancel their accounts and stop using the Service at any time, through the interface of Get Pikliz or by directly contacting the Owner. The Owner, in case of breach of the Terms by the User, reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account at any time and without notice.

• User has violated this Agreement; and/or
• User’s access or use of the Service may result in injury to the Owner, other Users or third parties; and/or
• the use of Get Pikliz by the User may result in violation of law or regulations; and/or
• in case of an investigation by legal action or governmental involvement; and/or
• the account is deemed to be, at the Owner’s sole discretion, for whatever reason, inappropriate or offensive or in violation of this Agreement.

Use of the Website

1. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our website or purchase our Products. b. You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Product Information a. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our Products. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our website. b. The images of the Products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual Products may vary slightly in appearance. c. Allergen information is provided for our Products, but please note that our Products are made in a facility that handles various allergens. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our Products are free from all allergens. Please read the product labels and allergen information carefully before consuming the Products.
3. Ordering and Payment a. To place an order, you must select the desired Products, add them to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. b. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. c. Prices for our Products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. d. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept the payment methods specified on our website. e. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store any payment information on our servers.
4. Shipping and Delivery a. We currently offer shipping to addresses within the specified regions/countries. Please check our website for the available shipping destinations. b. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. c. We strive to ship your order within the specified time frame. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers or events beyond our control. d. Risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Please inspect the delivered package for any damage and notify us promptly if any issues arise.
5. Returns and Refunds
   a. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a Product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the order to discuss your concerns.
   b. We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue. Returned Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
   c. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame using the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges.

Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Products purchased.
   3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GetPikliz.com is registered. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction where GetPikliz.com is registered.
   4. Modifications a. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. b. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of our website or purchase of our Products after any modifications constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
